Can we file PERM with a photocopy of Passport that is about to expire in 3 months.
Is it advisable to get passport renewed and then file it or it doesn't matter? My lawyer has asked me to submit copy of my passport along with other document that will go with the PERM application. Just wondering if my lawyer files PERM after expiration date (mentioned in the passport copy) has passed (due to delay in paperwork etc). Or what if lawyer files before expiration date but case is reviewed by DOL/USCIS after expiration date is passed?

Only spouse and unmarried children under 21 can be added as dependents on your I485 application.
If you are a US citizen then you can sponsor parents for Green card

Hello All,
As per the latest regulations, the employer has to pay for all the labor application cost. My employer has agreed to do my green card, but are little hesitant to pay the cost (due to budget constraint). What legal options/adjustments can I make with my employer so that the cost process is not delayed? Thanks in advance.

I do not think, we need to break our head against House repulican, they are so bias in their thinking and approch.

I am in the process of applying for the green card but as the labor department was delayed to send the paperwork by status became out of status, my lawyer suggested me to go back to my country apply for H1B visa and come back. That is why I want to apply for H1B visa . My lawyer tells me that there is no way I can get an approval if my company doesnt show tax return documents for the last 2 years. Is it true or there is another way or documentation which could be used in order to apply for the visa? My boss doesnt want to show the tax returns but accepts to show a bank account and different type of paperwork such as franchise agreements or certificates.
Can you please let me know if my lawyer suggests me the righ way if not which woudl be the best way to continue my green card process and get a result as soon as possible.

Yes, your current & past paystubs(Primary H1B holder) are needed to grant H4 Visa for spouse. H4 is a dependent visa and is granted based on the primary H1B visa holder's status. In case of transfer from H1B to H4, his paystubs are also needed to proove that he was in legal status during this time.

Accoding to recent law, I know that we can do it
My original application was filed under RIR and my RIR has been rejected and my LC went back to TR queue. I also know that you can again convert back to RIR from TR even if original RIR is rejected.Blood $uckers took 4 years to tell this.

My PERM was filed on July 18, 2007. PERM got approved on July 26, 2007.
I-140/I-485 concurrent will be filed in first week of august 2007.
Which fee will be applied in this case ? New August filing fee or same July filing fee?
USCIS FAQ are confusing for this scenerio. I am sure lot of people are in the same boat. Kindly let me know what is the right filing fee for this scenerio.

I'm trying to figure out how to make a 3d vector animation of a person walking or dancing. more specifically, the outline of a person walking/dancing.
I've seen this before on other sites, but can't remember where. sometimes it's the 3d outline animation, sometimes its asingle-color 2d animation. does that make sense. I'll try to post an example if I find one.
Anyway, does anyone know this process or know of a place that shows how it's done? thanks.

My H1 is valid untill Aug 2010 and AP is pending. My spouse is on EAD and her AP approved. We plan to return back to US from a trip overseas in few weeks from now. Is there any issue if I use my H1 and spouse uses her AP. My AP is pending over 3 months now.
My H1 LCA has two work locations. Primary being NJ and PA secondary. NJ is the port of re-entry. I have letter from my company, which is based out of NJ and a client letter based in PA to support my continual services.
Help appreciated.
